Plans are in the works for a UCLA/USC potluck/viewing party at the temple on Saturday, Nov. 22 (time to be announced). As a precursor to the event, we’ve asked Hoseki Designs to produce a number of Sports Team onenjus (ojuzus) in the colors of UCLA and USC as a fundraiser for the VHBT (the temple will receive a percentage of the sales proceeds). Onenjus will be available in two sizes: medium (up to a 6.25” wrist) and large (up to a 7.25” wrist), and are made with a gold-colored elastic chord. The medium is designed to fit the average woman’s wrist while the large is designed to fit the average man’s wrist. Cost is $25.95 for the medium and $26.95 for the large.

Last year, Hoseki Designs provided our Dharma school with beads for their ojuzu projects. They currently have a line of sports onenjus, including the LA Dodgers and the San Francisco Giants.
