Memory Kai

Memory Kai is a free course for lifestyle management and healthy living. Developed by the UCLA Longevity Center and based on research by Dr. Gary Small, Memory Kai is an innovative education program that teaches adults, primarily 50 and older, practical techniques for enhancing memory. It is not for people with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia.

Memory Kai

You will learn how to:

  • Improve your memory
  • Remember names and faces
  • Recall numbers
  • Discover factors that affect memory

The Memory Kai courses will be led by friendly and trained Keiro staff and volunteers in a small, interactive group setting.

No Fee. Space is limited, registration required.

When
Four Sundays, 2/7/16 – 2/28/16, noon – 2:30PM. Light lunch provided.
