Candice Shibata of the Buddhist Church of Florin was the guest speaker at the Fujinkai Memorial Service, held in conjunction with the commemoration of Lady Takeko Kujo, founder of the Buddhist Women’s Association; Eshinni-sama, wife of Shinran Shonin; and Kakushinni-sama, daughter of Shinran Shonin.
